Dustin McKenzie-Hubbard

I was born and raised in the Yukon Territory, both in Whitehorse and in Champagne. I met my wife (also born and raised in the Yukon) just over 10 years ago and together, we have a daughter who is carrying on the family tradition. I'm a graduate from Kwantlen Polytech University, in the Appliance Technology Red Seal Program; where upon graduation I came back home and started an appliance repair company with my wife. I'm joining this Fellowship to expand both my knowledge and understanding of my Yukon and to pass what I learn to people who will better shape our communities. With a young daughter I believe it is my responsibility to pass her a better world than what I've been given. I was brought up to give back anything borrowed in better condition than when it was lent to me and nothing is more important than our land.
